Privacy Policy
Version 1.3 · Effective
BoostHub Co., Ltd. ("we") operates KoreaAgent. This policy explains how we process personal information under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA").
1. What we process and why
| Who | Items | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Website visitors and prospective clients | Name, work email, company, company website or app store link, the service you run and the name of your main game or app, questions you send us, booking details | Answering enquiries, preparing and sending quotes and the materials you request, following up on them, holding calls |

| All website visitors | IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, analytics cookies | Security and understanding how the site is used |
We record calls to our Korean phone line, and callers hear a notice at the start of each call.
2. Retention
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiries, quote and overview requests from prospective clients | 3 years after the last contact |
| Client service records: domestic agent case records, user inquiry records, call recordings and transcripts | For the term of the client’s contract; available to the client for export for 90 days after it ends, then deleted |
| Client contract, billing and tax records | 5 years after the contract ends (Framework Act on National Taxes) |
| Website access logs | 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act) |
After that, we delete electronic files so they cannot be restored and shred paper records. Deleted records also leave our service providers’ backups once their backup retention period ends.
