How is a Korean domestic agent priced?
At KoreaAgent, one flat annual fee per company covers every Korean law that applies to you, with routine regulator requests and user complaints included. The fee depends on how exposed you are in Korea — not on how many laws apply or how many requests come in. We quote within 24 hours.
What sets the price?
- One annual flat fee. Per company, invoiced yearly. Routine regulator requests and user complaints are included.
- What does not change it. The number of laws we cover for you, or the number of requests that come in.
- What does. How exposed you are in Korea: the size of your Korean user base, your category, and how often regulators get in touch.
- Quote within 24 hours. Tell us about your service and we come back with a scope and a fixed annual price. Switching to us is free.

Questions
Is Core a minimum-compliance plan?
No. Core performs every duty the applicable Korean laws assign to a domestic agent. Complete adds work the law does not require but busy companies often want: regulator-side support and handling of matters outside the templates.
Do you charge per regulator request or per complaint?
No. Routine regulator requests and user complaints are part of the annual fee. There is no hourly billing and there are no credits to run out.
Does adding another Korean law raise the fee?
No. The number of laws we cover for you is not what sets the price.
Why is the price not on the website?
Because it depends on how exposed you are in Korea, we quote each company individually. You get a fixed annual figure within 24 hours of sending us your app or game.
Are legal opinions included?
No. We do not give legal opinions. When you need one, your counsel, or a Korean law firm we introduce you to, advises you under its own engagement with you.
