How does this website handle your personal information?
This website has no forms and no accounts. We receive personal information only when you email us or book a call, and we use it to reply to you. BoostHub Co., Ltd. is responsible for it.
What we collect and why
- When you email us: your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to send, used to answer you and prepare a quote.
- When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking tool (Cal.com), used to hold the call. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- When you browse: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, measures visits without cookies (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site).
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and which links lead to an enquiry. Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it uses cookies; inside those regions it runs without analytics cookies by default.
How long we keep it
Emails and call notes about a quote are kept for up to three years after our last contact, or longer if a contract follows and the law requires it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within ten days.
